AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING FUND TRANSFER MADE BY THE VILLAGE CLERK-TREASURER ON OR ABOUT THE CLOSE OF OCTOBER, 2004 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Village of Mantua, Portage County, Ohio, three-fourths (3/4) or more of the members duly elected thereto concurring;

SECTION 1. That Council does hereby ratify and authorize the following fund transfers made by the Village Clerk-Treasurer on or about the close of February 2004.

SECTION 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare for which reason and other reasons manifest to this Council, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon proper passage by Council and approval by the Mayor.
