Ordinance 2004 -38

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 2004 APPROPRIATIONS AND BUDGET DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Mantua, Portage County, Ohio, three-fourths or more of the members elected thereto concurring.

SECTION 1. Council does hereby authorize the following adjustments to the 2004 Village Appropriations and Budget.

SECTION 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediately necessary to make various adjustments to the Village appropriations and budget in order to pay outstanding bills of the Village, and for that reason, and other reasons manifest to Council, this ordinance shall take effect, immediately upon proper passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
