Ordinance 2005-19
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK-TREASURER TO MAKE THE FUND TRANSFERS LISTED BELOW TO MAKE THE DEBT PAYMENTS DUE ON JULY 1, 2005 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village of Mantua, Portage County, Ohio, three-fourths (3/4) or more of the members duly elected thereto concurring;
Section 1. That Council does hereby authorize the following fund transfers made by the Village Clerk-Treasurer.

Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare for which reason and other reasons manifest to this Council, this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon proper passage by Council and approval by the Mayor.
